SHIPPING POLICY – STYLOONA

  1. Delivery Area
    Products purchased from Styloona can only be delivered within the borders of Turkey. It is not possible to place orders with delivery addresses outside of Turkey. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order process.

  2. Shipping and Delivery Time
    Styloona products are shipped from our overseas warehouse. Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. After shipment, your product will be delivered within 7-13 business days.

Due to potential delays by shipping companies, delivery times may be extended by an additional 2-6 business days. Styloona is not responsible for such delays. However, if the delivery time exceeds 30 business days, a full refund will be issued upon the customer's request without any deductions.

  1. Delivery Time and Shipping Fee
    Styloona shares the estimated delivery time and shipping options with the customer during the ordering process. Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected delivery method and added to the product price, reflected to the customer. In cases where free shipping is not offered, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. Current shipping fees and conditions are available on the styloona.com website.

  2. Delivery Conditions
    The ordered package will be delivered to the customer upon ID verification and signature. If the recipient is not present at the address, the shipping company will leave a delivery notification, and the package will be held at the relevant branch. The customer must collect the package from the branch based on this notification.

  3. Delivery Issues
    During order completion, the customer is informed about the estimated delivery date by the chosen shipping company. Product delivery will be completed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. Otherwise, the customer may contact Styloona in writing to request delivery within a reasonable time. If delivery is still not made within this period, the customer has the right to cancel the order.

In case of order cancellation, notifying via email to styloonatr@gmail.com is sufficient. After necessary checks, the full payment including product price, taxes (if any), and shipping fees will be refunded via the original payment method.

If any damage or shortage is detected upon product delivery, the customer must notify the shipping company within 3 (three) business days.
