Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Styloona, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Accordingly, the return and exchange process is applied under the conditions outlined below.

  1. Return Period
    Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of product delivery. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not accepted after this period.

  2. Return Conditions
    The product to be returned must:

  • Be unused,

  • Be sent in its original packaging and undamaged.

Returns are not accepted while the product is in transit according to our customer protection policy. Return procedures can only be initiated after the product has been delivered.

  1. Order Cancellation
    If a cancellation request is not made within 12 hours after placing the order, the product cannot be canceled or returned because it has already been processed. You may request a return after the product is delivered.

  2. Products Not Eligible for Return

        The following products are excluded from the return policy:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Health and personal care products

  • Opened or used CDs, DVDs, software, video games

  • Newspapers, magazines, flowers, food, and similar perishable items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  1. Return Process and Refund
    Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected. After inspection, you will be notified via email whether your return request has been approved.

For approved returns, your payment will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within a certain period.

  1. Delayed or Missing Refunds                                                                                              If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and card transactions.

  • Contact your credit card company (payment processing may take time).

  • Contact your bank, as processes can sometimes be delayed.

  1. Gift Products
    If a product was sent to you as a direct gift and you return it, a gift voucher will be sent in return. If the product was received by the orderer, the refund amount will be credited directly to the orderer.

    The return shipping address will be provided to you after your request.
    Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the refund.
