    Orders are processed as soon as possible based on stock availability and delivered within the specified shipping times. Styloona is not directly responsible for delays that may occur during the shipping process.

  3. Returns and Exchanges
    Styloona provides its users with legal rights to return and exchange products within the scope of distance sales contracts. Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Exchange requests are evaluated according to stock availability.
